RF over Fiber
Product Overview
Intelibs RF over Fiber products provide the RF source for the remote DAS headend interface over the Fiber link. Each optical fiber connection transmits multi-band radio signals of each sector so that the DAS headend can receive complete sector radio bands.
SOURCE RADIO
FIBER UNIT
Source Radio Fiber Unit:
(sRFU) a donor unit to receive the Radio signal from the carrier’s RF source equipment (e.g. Base Station, eNodeB), combine four (4) RF bands to transmit over a single fiber strand to the dRFU.
DESTINATION RADIO
FIBER UNIT
Destination Radio Fiber Unit:
(dRFU) terminates the fiber link from the sRFU and converts to RF signals fed into the DAS headend interface.
